With the advent of digital cameras shooting  HD videos anyone can try their hand at being a cameraman, editor and producer but  Kara and I have decided to leave the video stuff to the pros and you can thank us for that!  Firstly, because it lets you look at eye candy like we’re about to show you and secondly because it lets us showcase two of the best videographers in town!

Even though we don’t want to jump into the video scene we still want our clients to be able to have top quality videos showcasing their sessions!  You can use your video as a save the date  to send to your friends and family or play it while making a rockstar entrance to your reception….whatever your little heart desires!  Let us know if you are interested in adding a video element to your session and we’ll hook you up!  And while you’re at it, don’t forget to book these guys for your wedding!!!

Chris and Mark came along to Stacey and Chad’s session back and May and not only did they capture some killer footage but they also added a whole lot of fun to the session!  We couldn’t be happier to show you this amazing video edited by Radtke Studios.

Meet Jack.  Meet Ruby.  Now meet Jack AND Ruby.  Jack is the quiet, thoughtful type.  He doesn’t say much, but behind those nerdy glasses is a sincere friendly guy with a great sense of humor.  That’s how a guy like Jack scores a gal like Ruby.  Ruby is outgoing, full of life and laughter, the kind of girl that lights up a room.  The kind of girl any guy would be proud to have on his arm.  She is head over heels for Jack, totally and completely in love with that lopsided goofy grin.

Welcome to Jack and Ruby Photography.  Jack and Ruby represent every love story.  They are every couple and any couple.  They are the couple next door that bicker non stop but can’t stand a minute apart.  They are your best friend and her man who finish each others sentences and are so perfect together it makes everyone jealous.  They are the couple that has dated for ten years and still act like they have only dated three months.  They are the couple that nobody would have ever guessed to be together, but somehow they fit just right.  Jack and Ruby are you and your significant other.  Jack and Ruby are here to tell YOUR story!

Jack and Ruby were “born” late last fall, when Becky and I were both drained from our separate summers of wedding madness.  Becky may have been kidding, or only half serious, when she suggested we join forces, but when I showed up with my notebook and pen at our next coffee date she knew I meant business!!!  After months of continuous emails, texts, meetings and photo shoots, our brain child is finally ready for it’s big debut.

Jack and Ruby would not even exist if it weren’t for Emma.   Huge props go to Emma for creating Jack and Ruby with very little direction.  All we told Emma is we wanted a couple, and their names were Jack and Ruby.  Well, maybe we gave her a little more than that, but not much!  Jack and Ruby were born in Emma’s little Paris apartment, so I guess they’re a little bit french!  Thanks so much Emma for creating the perfect Jack and Ruby!!

Paperback Films

Chris and Mark came out with us on many of our first shoots to get footage for our awesome introduction video you see above and for some other video projects in the works!  Keep tuned in to their blogs for the video footage of some of the shoots we will post here!  Thanks to them both for their amazing work and the fun they added to those shoots!  I think the men in our shoots appreciated having them along to even things out!

Huge thanks also to Chris for all his techy help!!!  He was such a HUGE part of our behind the scenes preparation and we are so thankful for his knowledge and talent!!!
